Instructor‘s Profile


Mr. Lau Yik Hei, Vincent was born in Hong Kong . He has a passion for Chinese martial arts skills when he was young. He advocate the spirit of  “ As Heaven’s movement is ever rigorous, so must a gentleman constantly strive for self-perfection “ (this saying comes from one of the oldest of the Chinese texts – I Ching, also known as Book of Changes). The meaning is, one must be strong in both body and mind when facing difficulties and through practising health preservation exercise, can be achieved. From 2000, instructor Lau has been promoting, teaching and start seminars of various health preservation exercises in universities and organizations.
